Having bought your static caravan you will also be responsible for pitch fees, gas and electric. Pitch fees at our two holiday parks near Brean are:

- Riverside Holiday Village, from £3,600
The parks pitch fees cover the 11 months of the year that the parks are open. If you have any questions about the pitch fees

5) How long are the Holiday parks near Brean open for?
Rose Farm
is open for 11 months of the year. The shut-down period is from 10th January – 10th February.
Riverside Holiday Village
is open for 11 months of the year with a shut-down period between 9th January – 11th February.
6) Can I live in my static caravan in Brean?
No. None of our holiday homes are registered as residential properties, they are holiday homes.
7) Can I sell my static caravan?
Yes. The process for private sales will be stated in your licence agreement. We can help you with the sale of your caravan if you need it.
8) Do I need to insure my static caravan?
Yes. It is important to have public liability insurance, and this will be integrated into your plans by all decent static caravan insurers.
9) What's it like at 'Brean Sands'?
'Brean Sands' is a 7 mile stretch of beach on the eastern side of the Severn Estuary. At the end of the beach, you will find Brean Down, a rugged, grassy outcrop that runs into the estuary. It has a fort that was built to defend against invading ships. Keep an eye out for Peregrin Falcons, Brean down is a sanctuary, making it a fantastic place for Birdwatchers.
10) Does a static caravan require maintenance?
Static caravans are built to a high standard, and the majority will not need much maintenance. A lot of producers still offer extended warranties for additional peace of mind. Ensure you have the manual for the respective manufacturer and model which should advise on maintenance and care routines.
11) Do I need a TV license for my static caravan?
So long as you have a TV licence at your residential property you don't need to have another one licenced in your holiday home in Brean.
12) Where to eat in Brean?
We have on-site clubhouses at both Rose Farm and Riverside Holiday Village and we would recommend eating at either of these during your stay.
