Announcing the arrival of our new App

We are thrilled to reveal the arrival of our new Riverside Holiday Village App!

From April 2024, visitors to Riverside Holiday Village near Weston-super-Mare will be able to take advantage of our new App to keep up to date with all of our upcoming events and entertainment, order takeaways, book tickets, schedule your swimming slots and more!

The App has been developed to enhance our visitors experience, so you can still expect a warm welcome from our friendly team!

'This App is a real gamechanger' said Group Manager, David Tattersall, who oversaw the Apps development. 'The technology will make it much easier for us to communicate with visitors in real time. We're really proud of our new App and we hope that visitors will love it as much as we do!'

West Country Parks add a new Residential Park to our portfolio

We are delighted to announce that we will be adding a twelfth park to our extensive portfolio. Located in the market town of Shepton Mallet, Manleaze Residential Park is a peaceful over 50's park, offering a selection of brand new residential park homes for sale.

Three West Country Parks awarded the AA’s Four Star Gold Award

Following a Mystery Guest visit by a professional inspector this July, each park has been assessed under a set of quality standards agreed by an independent Quality Advisory Board. The inspection included an assessment of each parks; Location and Access Sustainability/Green Credentials Customer Care Cleanliness/Maintenance Toilets Other Site Facilities Pitches Grounds All three parks scored an impressive 90% overall. With Coombes and Rose Farm both achieving full marks for 'customer care' and Riverside’s impressive facilities bagging them the top score. When visiting Four Star Parks, customers can expect a high-quality site with well-maintained facilities and very good customer care. Additionally, each park was awarded a Gold Award, placing them being amongst the best sites in their star category. David Tattersall, Group Manager of West Country Park Homes: "Yet another well-deserved result here. This level of award, by such a high-brand Assessor, just proves that we are hitting the high standards consistently. The inspections were carried-out without specific notice."
