Since adding Riverside Holiday Village to our portfolio of holiday parks we have invested heavily in upgrading the parks facilities to ensure that our visitors experience their best holiday every time that they visit.

Newly refurbished for the 2020 season, our indoor swimming pool has experienced a complete overhaul, including;
- New poolside furniture
- 8 new changing cubicles
- Children's Splash Pool
- Fresh new colour scheme and lighting
- New floor and pool tiles, including a dolphin motif
New folding doors provide access to an outdoor patio area overlooking our adventure play area, and a second patio leads through to our fully licensed bar and clubhouse, where visitors can enjoy a freshly cooked meal or a well-deserved drink over a game of pool.

Providing the ideal base to explore all of the South West, each of our top of the range self-catering holiday caravans
offer all of the essentials for a comfortable weekend break including gas central heating, digital TV, a gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils and bed linen.
Visitors have full access to the park's fishing lake, indoor heated swimming pool, adventure play area, arcade, convenience shop, licensed bar and clubhouse and launderette.

Following a Mystery Guest visit by a professional inspector this July, each park has been assessed under a set of quality standards agreed by an independent Quality Advisory Board. The inspection included an assessment of each parks; Location and Access Sustainability/Green Credentials Customer Care Cleanliness/Maintenance Toilets Other Site Facilities Pitches Grounds All three parks scored an impressive 90% overall. With Coombes and Rose Farm both achieving full marks for 'customer care' and Riverside’s impressive facilities bagging them the top score. When visiting Four Star Parks, customers can expect a high-quality site with well-maintained facilities and very good customer care. Additionally, each park was awarded a Gold Award, in recognition of them being amongst the best sites in their star category. This level of award, by such a high-brand Assessor, just proves that we are hitting the high standards consistently. The inspections were carried-out without specific notice."
