Three West Country Parks awarded the AA’s Four Star Gold Award
We are thrilled to share that Rose Farm, Coombes Cider Farm and Riverside Holiday Village have all been awarded the AA’s Four Star Gold Award
Following a Mystery Guest visit by a professional inspector this July, each park has been assessed under a set of quality standards agreed by an independent Quality Advisory Board.
The inspection included an assessment of each parks;
- Location and Access
- Sustainability/Green Credentials
- Customer Care
- Cleanliness/Maintenance
- Toilets
- Other Site Facilities
- Pitches
- Grounds
All three parks scored an impressive 90% overall. With Coombes and Rose Farm both achieving full marks for 'customer care' and Riverside’s impressive facilities bagging them the top score.
When visiting Four Star Parks, customers can expect a high-quality site with well-maintained facilities and very good customer care. Additionally, each park was awarded a Gold Award, placing them being amongst the best sites in their star category.
