Riverside Holiday Village’s Great Traveller Reviews Earn it a Place Among Travellers’ Favorites in Somerset
Riverside Holiday Village today announced it has been recognized as a 2021 Travellers’ Choice award-winner. This achievement celebrates businesses that consistently deliver fantastic experiences to travellers around the globe, having earned great traveller reviews on Tripadvisor over the last 12 months. As challenging as the past year was, Riverside Holiday Village stood out by continuously delighting travellers.

We are delighted to announce that we will be adding a twelfth park to our extensive portfolio. Located in the market town of Shepton Mallet, Manleaze Residential Park is a peaceful over 50's park, offering a selection of brand new residential park homes for sale.

Following a Mystery Guest visit by a professional inspector this July, each park has been assessed under a set of quality standards agreed by an independent Quality Advisory Board. The inspection included an assessment of each parks; Location and Access Sustainability/Green Credentials Customer Care Cleanliness/Maintenance Toilets Other Site Facilities Pitches Grounds All three parks scored an impressive 90% overall. With Coombes and Rose Farm both achieving full marks for 'customer care' and Riverside’s impressive facilities bagging them the top score. When visiting Four Star Parks, customers can expect a high-quality site with well-maintained facilities and very good customer care. Additionally, each park was awarded a Gold Award, placing them being amongst the best sites in their star category.
