Enhanced fishing experience at Riverside Holiday Village

Discover river and lake fishing at Riverside Holiday Village near Weston-super-Mare

Visitors to Riverside Holiday Village near Weston-super-Mare will be able to enjoy an enhanced fishing experience at our award-winning holiday park and campsite this spring.

Work is currently underway to place more than 20 new jetties along the bank of the River Axe, which flows through our new campsite. We are also expanding the man-made fishing lake and raising the riverbank to help protect against flooding.

These new jetties will provide safe access to the river and the abundance of fish species that call it home. The River Axe is a fertile river, generously stocked with roach, perch, chub, pike, carp and eels.

If you are staying with us, fishing is free, passes are available from reception. However, you must have a fishing licence. If you are not staying with us, day passes are available to purchase from reception.
