Exciting new development at Rose Farm Holiday Park near Brean
Development work is now underway at Rose Farm near Brean in Somerset to increase the number of holiday homes on the park - brand new static caravans will be available for sale from April 2021.
Rose Farm has benefitted from a number of changes over recent years which has seen demand for holiday homes soar. In order to meet that demand we will be siting a selection of brand new static caravans, plus one luxury holiday lodge!
Rose Farm is a peaceful adult only holiday park located in the rural community of Berrow, near the bustling seaside resort of Brean. The parks close proximity to Brean means that there is always something upbeat for our visitors to enjoy.

Each of these brand new holiday homes will be fully appointed and include all furniture, fixtures and fittings, with double glazed doors and windows, central heating throughout and a sun-deck.

We are delighted to share that Riverside Holiday Village will host Weston's Party in the Park for the second consecutive year!
For 6 nights in September, we will be deploying two ultrasonic bat detectors at Riverside Holiday Village near Weston-super-Mare to collect data on the activities of any bat species around our holiday park.
This April, we completed our first Million Mile Clean, collecting 11 sacks of litter over 2 miles. And this September, we're doing it all over again, but this time, we're adding in an extra mile! Providing a clean and attractive destination for our visitors to enjoy not only benefits our business, it also positively impacts our local community and the wider environment. Which is why we have committed to join Surfers Against Sewage Million Mile Clean for the second time. Now the biggest initiative of its kind in the UK, the Million Mile Clean is an annual event, mobilising 1,000,000 million volunteers to clean over 10,000,000 miles of UK landscape between 2021 - 2030. It’s reported that more than 2 million pieces of litter are dropped in the UK every day at a cost of £1 billion to the taxpayer. So, we are asking visitors and the local community to get pro-active and join us at Riverside Holiday Village near Weston-super-Mare on Thursday 11th September from 10.00am - 1.00pm for an organised 3 mile ‘litter pick’ along Bridgwater Road (Uphill Beach - Hospital Roundabout - Hobbs Boat Inn). ‘Clean Kits’ will be provided; we’re just asking for 3 hours of your time to help clean up this public space.
