Another Successful Year at West Country Parks

It has been a busy year for us all here at West Country Parks and we would like to thank all of our staff and visitors for making it such an enjoyable season.

Firstly, we have welcomed Sedgemoor Caravans to the West Country Parks family. Sedgemoor Caravans have enjoyed a hugely successful first year and have grown into an excellent team.

Riverside Holiday Village has turned from the metaphorical ‘ugly duckling’ into a ‘beautiful swan’! The capacity of the park has doubled and we are all very proud of the brand new facilities and offices. With more expansion work currently underway we are very excited to see what the New Year brings.

Fairways remains a popular park and is consistently full. 2017 saw the opening of a brand new clubhouse which has become very popular with our seasonal tourers.

Rose Farm has experienced a number of changes this season. We have welcomed new wardens, Paul and Dawna, who are proving to be a big hit with our visitors. The park has become an adults only site and the season has been extended to 11 months. We are confident that these changes will result in a very successful 2018 for Rose Farm.

We have welcomed an old-face back to New House Farm in the form of Adrian and the luxury lodge development is now complete. New House Farm remains an immaculately kept park and now offers a 12 month season to our long-stay tourers. 2018 will see an upgrade of the parks holiday cottages.

Coombes Cider Farm have experienced their busiest season to date and their informal clubhouse continues to bring the community together.

Edithmead Leisure and Park Homes has had another busy season and with further expansion work approved the future looks busy!

Finally, we are all delighted that The Windmill Bar and Bistro was awarded a 2017 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence and we look forward to building on the years success.
